Simple flow
Use 1-800-830-6466 and have your membership card and location details ready.
A provider is sent for towing, fluids, lock-out, or other covered roadside needs per your plan.
Mechanical repairs still go through ATW claims and authorization—separate from roadside.
For emergencies on the road: tow, jump-start, fuel delivery, and the services listed above. Follows the roadside terms on your contract when you’ve purchased that benefit.
For covered mechanical failures at a shop: diagnostics, parts, and labor follow ATW’s authorization and claims process—not the roadside dispatch line.
Ask about roadside when you build your quote, or reach out if you’re already a member and need claim support.
